Availability: Monday-Saturday.

Price: $80/hour.
Training method: Private training, Group classes (Greystanes Public School, Liverpool Whitlam Leisure Centre).

Comments: Nick caters for all individual needs, ranging from weight loss, toning, muscular strength, boxing/kickboxing, circuit training, Bootcamp, jogging/running, skipping, callisthenics, plyometrics and also gives nutritional advice. Nick uses the science of positive thinking to motivate his clients, so they can achieve their goals. His client's goals are his goals.

Robbie - Bankstown and surrounding suburbs.
Experience: Australian Representative Speed Skater, Dip Exercise Science, Body Transformation Specialist, Qualified Boxing and Kick Boxing Instructor, Qualified Bootcamp, Spin, Swiss Ball and KettleBell Instructor, Muay Thai and Martial Arts, International Academy of Physique Conditioning.
Availability: Monday-Saturday from 6:00am-12pm then 4pm-10pm

Price: $65 per hour one on one with Robbie. $35 per half hour sessions one on one. Reduced prices on packages.
Training method: Personalised Private Results-Based Training. Outdoors, Gym, Home-Based, or in his brand new studio.

Robbie specialises in Women’s Weight / Fat Loss and Muscle Toning, Men’s Weight / Fat Loss and Muscle Toning. He is a Fat Loss and Muscle Toning Specialist and a Dynamic Functional Exercise Expert. Robbie has found that a combination of Dynamic Functional Exercise, Boxing and Kickboxing and Interval Training to be the most effective way to lose fat fast. His 16 week plans are legendary and produce fantastic results for all his clients. Each plan is unique and specifically tailored to each client.

Experience: N.C.A.S. Level 2 Govt Accredited Coach, Certified Instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto, Certified Instructor under Paul Vunak, Level 8 Instructor Lin Wan Kune Do Martial Arts.

Comments: Arthur is looking for the type of client that wants something more intense in terms of a physical workout. He does boxing and Martial Arts. Arthur is a certified instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto. Dan Inosanto is one of only three people in the world to be certified under the legendary Bruce Lee. His curriculum includes: Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan Gung Fu which is broken up into three areas- Kickboxing, Trapping and Grappling.Arthur also does Filipino martial arts which encompasses both empty hand and weaponry. He teaches Majapahit martial arts which include the arts of Kali/Silat and Thai boxing. Arthur also teaches the Grappling arts such as Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo and Jun Fan.
