Scott specialises in rehab of shoulders, knees and back. He does
a special 12 week shape changing program. Scott also does
exciting cross training routines, boxing and kickboxing for beginners,
fun outdoor intense fitness training and sports specific
training for field hockey, tennis and squash.
Packages available for 6 or more
sessions.

specialises in weight loss, circuit training, strength training,
boxing and nutritional advice. She caters for all fitness levels
and keeps her sessions fun and challenging. All clients receive
an initial fitness assessment and ongoing goal setting to keep
on track. Sarah can cater for pre and post pregnancy training
and also does boxing.
