Experience: Certificate IV Fitness, Certificate in Nutrition, Hot Cycle Certificate, Boxing Certificate. Special population’s certificate specializing in older adults, young children and people with disabilities and disorders.
Availability: Training from  Monday-Saturday  6am-9pm
Location: Inner West, Blue Mountains and Hills District.
Price: $80 per hour
Training Method: Individual trainer- all ages.

Comments: Tania has had extensive experience in personal training clients to reach their fitness potential. She specialises in weight loss, fitness, toning and boxing. She enthuses her clients with her energy and outgoing personality. Tania specialises in motivating clients and always gives an energetic workout. Her love of all sports has ensured that Tania develops a good rapport with her clients ensuring they attain their goals.

Jacci  - Personal Trainers  Sydney Hills District, Western Suburbs.                                            

Experience: Certificate IV Personal Trainer, Bachelor of Exercise Science, Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Healthcare Provider, Punch bag boxing instructor, Member of the Australian Association of Exercise and Sports Scientists.
Availability: Training from Monday-Saturday.
Location: Kellyville, Western Sydney, Castle Hill, West Pennant Hills, Baulkham Hills, Winston Hill.
Price $70 one on one.
Training Method: Outdoors. Personalised trainer.

Comments: Jacci specialises in weight loss, strength, boxing and toning. She builds great relationships with her clients. Her outgoing personality and ability to push people to their limits is what helps people to reach their goals. She caters for all age groups and fitness levels, having trained people as young as 10 yrs up until 78 years of age.

Scott-  Personal Trainer Hills District Sydney.
Experience: Certificate IV Fitness.
Availability: Training from Monday -Saturdays.
Location:  Blacktown, Dural, Quakers Hill, Annangrove, The ponds, Acacia Gardens, Parklea.
Price: $80 per hour one on one training. Group packages: 2 people $100, 3 people $130, 4 people $160.
Training method: One on one training. 

Comments:  Scott specialises in rehab of shoulders, knees and back. He does a special 12 week shape changing program. Scott also does exciting cross training routines, boxing and kickboxing for beginners, fun outdoor intense fitness training and sports specific training for field hockey, tennis and squash.

Packages available for 6 or more sessions.

Location:  Seven Hills, Winston Hills, West Pennant Hills, Glenhaven.
Price: $70 per hour one on one training.
Training method: One on one training. Outdoors or studio.

Comments:  Sarah has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and specialises in weight loss, circuit training, strength training, boxing and nutritional advice. She caters for all fitness levels and keeps her sessions fun and challenging. All clients receive an initial fitness assessment and ongoing goal setting to keep on track. Sarah can cater for pre and post pregnancy training and also does boxing.

Sul-  Personal Trainer Glenwood
Experience: Certificate IV Fitness.
Availability: Training from Monday -Fridays.
Location:  Studio at Glenwood.
Price: $60 per hour one on one training.
Training method: Training in studio 7am-midday. $50per session for 3+ visits per week

Comments:  Sul does kickboxing and has elite level rugby league experience. He specialises in muscle gain, strength and power gain, increased fitness, body shaping and weight loss.

Price: $80 per hour one on one training.
Training method: Outdoors

I believe it is really important tot make training fun and stimulating, so my clients will want to incorporate it into their every day lives. Price: $70 per hour one on one training.
Training method: One on one. Group training in Castle Hill 12 sessions for $204.

Comments:  Darren specialises in weight loss, body reshaping and toning for men and women. He also specialises in muscle gain and athletic body shaping. He can run outdoor training groups and bootcamps. His aim is to make sessions fun and motivating whilst focussing specifically in health and fitness and wellbeing.
