Lesley-  Personal Trainer for Special needs - Inner West.
Experience: Lesley is a Registered Exercise Professional Level 2 with Fitness Australia.  Lesley is an expert in the field of creating neuroplastic change through exercise.  She specialises in her own age group - the ‘young at heart’ population and with those who have very specific ‘extra needs’.  She trains in all areas of Sydney – rates are dependent upon location and number of sessions per week.

Comments: Lesley has had over 7 years' experience assisting people with ‘extra needs’.  These ‘extra needs’ may be as diverse as being a ‘mature/older/young at heart’ person or having a particular injury/health issue.  Lesley has successfully trained people with diabetes, obesity, gout, arthritis, stroke, epilepsy, cancer as well as rehabilitative type training for spinal, knee, ankle, neck and shoulder injuries.  Lesley has specialist experience in the field of Neuro plasticity and recovery from neurological injuries in particular stroke, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s, MS and muscular dystrophy.  She is able to bring both knowledge and her own life experience (and recovery from her own neurological accident) in her approach to your training.  Lesley is an outstanding motivator and believes that everyone can overcome any illness or injury with proper guidance, education and training.  All Lesley’s clients have had outstanding success reaching results far beyond medical and scientific expectations.

Cristian-  Personal Trainer - Inner West and Group Sessions.
Experience: Certificate IV Fitness. Thump boxing instructor. Swissball Instructor.
Availability: Training from Monday -Saturdays.
Location: CBD, Enfield, Five Dock, Homebush, Leichhardt,  Rozelle, St. Peters, Summerhill, Ultimo, Eastern Suburbs.
Price: $80 per hour one on one training. Group sessions $20 each.
Training method: Cristian runs group sessions 3 times a week at 6pm. Classes are held in rain or sunshine as there is cover when raining. Lots of variety in his group classes incorporating boxing, cardio and toning.

Comments:  Cristian has over 5 years' experience as a personal trainer and has worked in London, LA and now Sydney. He specialises in weight loss, strength, boxing, toning and cardio fitness. All equipment provided for outdoor training.
