Women who enjoy the fresh air and utilising a local park. These outdoor sessions are also good for small groups as you have more room to move. It is especially effective for increasing your cardio.
What will you learn?
How to do a complete workout without the use of any equipment. There are so many natural resources you can find to help you improve your fitness and build up your strength.
Being out in the sunshine is a natural positive inducement to exercise. The venues are free, the views are free, the stress begins to disappear and your energy is renewed after a good workout.
$80 per one hour session one on one. $55 with a buddy.
For group sessions, pricing can be discussed with your trainer.
Training availability and bookings
Training is conducted on a one-to-one basis, buddy or small group basis in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. We also have female trainers available at other Sydney locations so please ask about these venues.
Appointments are available Mondays to Saturdays.
