trainer and also holds a Raynor Massage Therapy Certificate. He
works with clients in the Crows Nest and St Leonards areas from
Mondays to Saturdays. Andrew finds that personal training
is likely to get you results faster than working out on your
own.

With over 10 years' experience as a personal trainer, I have
trained clients of all ages (from 15 to 70) and varying levels
of fitness (from beginners to professional athletes and
performers). I have worked in a five star resort, fitness
centres and personal training studio, as well as running a
mobile training business. One of the key factors in
achieving results is setting realistic goals. I also believe
that variety is the spice of life and will use a combination of
boxing, resistance training, cardiovascular exercises and
circuit training to help you achieve your goals.

He works in the local areas around Cammeray and Greenwich and
from Northbridge to St Leonards. Beau's kickboxing techniques
are outstanding and he motivates and encourages his clients
every session. He has a series of fitness programs to suit all
individual goals and individual fitness levels. Specific
exercise and nutrition needs can be addressed in a motivating
and fun way.
Comments:
Beau specialises in weight reduction, muscle toning,
cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning and
rehabilitation in particular shoulder, back and knee problems. Beau is also a qualified and experienced kick boxer. Beau's
clients range in age from 16 to 65 years of age and his training
methods are varied for clients ranging from beginners to
advanced athletes. Beau also trains women in various stages of
pregnancy. Beau also specialises in nutrition and is very
passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals.

Kaz holds a Certificate IV in
Fitness and is a Boxing for Fitness Instructor. Kaz runs many
outdoor circuit group classes throughout the week, combining
simple cardio and resistance training exercises. Every
individual can work at their own level, so whilst you may have
beginner level individuals working at a moderate pace, you can
have more experienced exercisers pushing themselves to the max!
Classes are suitable for male or female, and all ages - as
youthful as 16 and as mature as 60! She holds group classes in
West Ryde and Naremburn as well as Rouse Hill and North Ryde.

Kaz believes fitness should be fun and part of your lifestyle.
She LOVES exercise and shares this passion with her clients so
the time they spend exercising becomes an enjoyable part of
their week. They look forward to it and feel fantastic
afterwards! Many of her clients have achieved some great results

I specialise in weight-loss. The rate at which you
will lose weight varies from individual to individual. You can
lose anywhere from 3 to 10 kilos per month, depending on your
motivation and your current weight. I will listen to you and take
advice from you, because YOU know your body best. But one thing
I won't do is accept excuses. So if you're not ready to change
your life and you're just looking for another 'comfort pill'
which does nothing except alleviate your guilt, then I'm not the
trainer for you. I'm after serious results, seriously fast, and
that requires your full participation.
