Who is it for?
Starting an exercise program can be difficult for some women. They don't quite know where to start, what to do or how long they should exercise for to get the get results. For those who need a helping hand to get started and learn correct techniques and the right style of exercising for your age, physical status and personal time constraints, this is the program for you.
What will you learn?
It is quite simple. We talk through how best to fit in an exercise program to suit your lifestyle. We discuss various options then you choose the plan of action and follow through with consistent exercising. Your trainer builds on the initial exercises to ensure you become fitter and enjoy your workouts.
You're motivated to exercise by yourself in between training sessions so it becomes a daily routine. Exercise becomes enjoyable and a way of life you embrace.
$80 per one hour session
Training availability and bookings
Training is conducted on a one-to-one basis, buddy or small group basis in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. We also have female trainers available at other Sydney locations so please ask about these venues.
Appointments are available Mondays to Saturdays.
