Rebecca - PRINCIPAL $80 per hour
Rebecca has Certificate IV, specialising in Special Populations and kids fitness. She has a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of  Teaching with over 25 years' experience. She trains all over the Eastern Suburbs including Bondi and Bronte and surrounding areas.
Comments: As Principal trainer of Allfitness, Rebecca has had a vast range of experience helping people achieve the results they expect. Applying knowledge, wisdom and understanding from teaching for over 25 years, Rebecca has increased the quality of life for her clients. She is an outstanding motivator and will help you achieve your goals in the safest and most effective manner. Rebecca has worked extensively with children and teenagers, enhancing their sports skills and co-ordination. She ensures each session is fun and is able to encourage children to eat healthily and have a balanced approach to exercise and nutrition. Jon  - $60 for 45 minutes                                    

Jon is a fully Registered and Insured AIF Master Trainer with experience in Special Populations, Certified Punch Pad Trainer and Certified Kick Pad Trainer. He works mainly in the CBD and Double Bay areas. His sessions last 45 minutes and he has a private studio in Bondi Junction.
Comments: Jon takes a functional approach to training that allows his clients to achieve maximum results in minimum time. Tailoring his programs to the individual Jon provides variety and diversity through training programs that are challenging and “fun”. A fully comprehensive service, including his easy to follow  “Optimal Nutrition Program” and “All Natural” supplementation, Jon takes a holistic approach realising that training the mind is often equally, if not more important, than training the body when it comes to achieving success. Jon provide a diverse range of options for training from functional resistance training, circuit training, x-training to boxing, kickboxing, stretching and core conditioning. Rhonda-  One hour sessions for $80 Outdoor training.
Rhonda has trained as a Certificate IV Fitness trainer and has Diploma of Fitness. She mainly works in Rushcutters Bay and Kings Cross areas. 
Comments:  Rhonda specialises in losing weight and toning up. She caters for elderly clients in rehabilitation fitness after injury. Rhonda can also give nutritional guidance, train post pregnancy and help clients to increase lean muscle mass. Rhonda also does a 12 week challenge and offers training sessions including boxing outdoors, in the client's home gym or at an affiliated local gym in Kings Cross.  Rhonda believes in educating clients so that they understand that the components of  diet, health and fitness all need to be incorporated into their lifestyle for results to be effective. Matthew G-  $60 per hour
Matthew holds a Certificate IV in Fitness. He trains at Coogee and also has access to a gym if the weather is unsuitable for outdoor training. He often works at the beach and in the local parks showing clients boxing techniques.
Comments:  Matthew specialises in body fat reduction, muscle building, postural correction, skeletal and core stabilization, stress reduction, lifestyle and energy rises, sports specific adaptations and nutritional needs. Matt can also incorporate boxing and martial arts into his training sessions.

Nick - Specialises in group training- from $15/class and charges $80 one on one personal training.                               
Nick holds a Certificate IV Personal trainer, Black Belt Pro Punch & Kick Pad accreditation, over 5 years of both group & one-on-one fitness instruction. Nick is based at Bondi and can also do class group sessions at Centennial Park and in the Domain. He has groups especially for mums and these are run in outdoors at Centennial Park.
Comments: Nick specialises in both group & one on one fitness instruction. Under the group format, you can choose either a Kickboxing for Fitness style class where genuine kickboxing drills & techniques are employed or, a high intensity cardio intervals & bodyweight strength conditioning class for super results.  Most clients enjoy a combination of the both.  Individual clients receive tailored programs designed to achieve their specific goals including toning, weight loss, cardio conditioning, functional strength conditioning, nutrition & dietary guidance  Nick is passionate about healthy lifestyles and assisting people to make lasting transformations within an enjoyable & fun environment.

Robert - $100 per week for a 12 week challenge transformation                                            

Robert has a certificate IV as a Personal Trainer, Diploma Fitness and Nutrition U.K. He is also a Sport and Rec teacher at NSW TAFE. He trains in Centennial park and Woollahra areas including Trumper Park and Cooper park.
Comments: Rob has specialised using a 12 week Fitness and Body transformation program for 10 years and has assisted over 2500 people through this program. His holistic approach is supported by a nutrition and wellbeing coach. In his program, Rob comprehensively assesses, screens and measures each client before tailoring a program to meet their specific needs. The program covers the three fundamentals of physical wellbeing: Weight training, aerobic fitness and nutrition. The sessions include: goal setting, fitness assessment, health appraisal, personal training, resistance and cardio programming, outdoor cardio training and nutrition coaching.

Troy  -  Group training in Centennial Park from $12/session. One on one training $77 per hour.                                        

Troy has a Fitness NSW registration and is an insured Certificate IV Personal Trainer. He is also a Black belt Pro accredited Punch pad trainer. His high intensity group fitness outdoor training classes are designed to challenge all levels of fitness, from the absolute beginner to the super fit. All of the classes focus on improving overall fitness, strength and weight loss.

Comments: Troy runs a unique group training camp in Centennial Park Monday to Friday in the mornings. Troy has over 8 years' experience and has helped 1000’s of people with their health, fitness and weight loss goals. He is the owner of  a personal training studio in the Eastern Suburbs and has featured many times in CLEO magazine and other mainstream media for his exercise programs and expertise. He believes in focusing on the basics such as good nutrition and consistency of training in order to achieve peak health and fitness.

Zak- Eastern Suburbs for one on one $80. Group outdoor training at Coogee $20 per session.
Zak trains Mondays to Saturdays and has Certificate IV in Fitness. Outdoor training at Coogee oval is enjoyed by many of his clients.

Comments:  Zak is originally from Scotland with 5 years' experience in one on one and group personal training. Zak has a fun approach to getting clients to reach their goals whether it be dropping the kilos, toning up, rehabilitation, pre / post natal, training teenagers or older people. Zak is a body for life coach but has his own 12 week challenge which includes variety, intensity and constituency .He runs an outdoor group every Saturday morning mainly in Coogee, but also trains at a private studio where he gives personalized training.

Jayson- Sydney Eastlakes area $80 per hour.
Jayson holds a Certificate IV in Fitness. He trains in the Maroubra and Pagewood areas. If you live near Heffron Park or Maroubra Beach, Jayson can come over to your area for individual or group training. Jayson is dedicated to providing people with more than just a way of reducing their body fat and improving their appearance. His mission is to also educate, motivate and improve people's general health and quality of life.
Comments:  Jayson has been working in the health and fitness industry since the early 1990s. Before becoming a personal trainer, Jayson was a competitive athlete in athletics and Surf lifesaving at State & National Level. Whilst his expertise is more in area of weight loss he also trains elite athletes for sports specific training, core conditioning, boxing and group training. Daniel can train older adults and holds a Certificate IV in Fitness. He is an outdoor trainer covering all of  the Eastern suburbs and Sydney CBD and Domain. Whether it be at Tamarama or Bellevue Hill, Point Piper or Darling Point, Daniel can show you how best to utilise your surroundings to improve your fitness.

Rob2- Charges $75 per hour
Rob has PGCE Phys Ed (11 yrs), is fully registered & insured AIF Master Trainer, Sports & Fitness Coach, has experience in Special Populations, Pre and post natal exercise and Kids fitness. He trains outdoors from Edgecliff to Kensington Mondays to Saturdays.
Comments: 
Rob specialises in outdoor training for individuals and groups, weight loss, improving general health, toning, core conditioning using TRX suspension trainer & sports specific training. He is an enthusiastic trainer who provides varied, energetic, fun and stimulating sessions tailored to meet individual needs and fitness goals. Rob has 11 years' international experience in Physical Education, Sports & Fitness Coaching. Liam- Malabar $70 a session. Boxing and personal training.
Liam holds a Certificate IV in personal training and also has a studio in Randwick. He is based in Little Bay, La Perouse and Malabar areas and can do training at Cromwell park and Maroubra Beach as well as further towards Bondi Junction.

Comments:  I have a passion to ensure all my clients reach their goals and optimal health and fitness. If I don't have an answer for any question relating to training or nutrition, I'll find it. Ricci holds a Coaching Certificate and has a Degree in Human Movement. Ricci does workouts in North Bondi and Bondi beach. Her clients also like to meet her in Rose Bay and Centennial Park for outdoor training.

Daniel - Eastern Suburbs $80 per hour.
Daniel is a highly qualified trainer holding a Certificate IV, BA Sport & Exercise Management, BA Human Movement (Hons) and is an Advanced Boxing Instructor.
Comments:  I undertake training both in the great outdoors including Clovelly and Bronte and all the way to Elizabeth Bay and at my own private studio in South Coogee. I specialise in outdoor circuit training and incorporate a lot of boxing/kick boxing exercises. I specialise in developing cardiovascular fitness, muscle gain and weight loss. Daniel offers an individual the full-time support of a well credentialed fitness trainer one on one. Initially, the client will undergo a comprehensive assessment to ensure that the program is specifically addressing their needs and areas that require improvement. Daniel will then construct a tailored program that will incorporate a balance of aerobic training (commonly referred to as fitness), resistance training (weight and weight bearing activities) and flexibility.

Veena holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Movement, training in Paddington and Potts Point areas. Veena has also trained clients at Rushcutters Bay park and Centennial park.

Tarek is a Level 2 Soccer Coach and Personal trainer. He does training in Surry Hills and Newtown and Tempe as well as the Eastern Suburbs.
Comments: As a health and fitness practitioner for the past 6 years, the key to improving one's state of well-being is built on the universal ethic of hard work. Darren holds a Certificate IV in Fitness and is available Mondays to Saturdays. Even though Darren is based in Randwick, he can travel to Paddington and Rose Bay to meet clients for their workouts.

Paula has a Certificate IV in Fitness and is a Certified Punch Pad Instructor. The spot is a popular area for dining, but if you want to get fit, Paula can train you at a park nearby in Randwick or any neighbouring suburb such as Coogee or Bronte.

Emily- Pre and post natal exercise $70 per hour. Eastern suburbs.
Emily holds a Certificate IV in Fitness and is certified in exercise and pregnancy from the Australian Graduate school of Health and Sports Science. Emily travels to East Sydney and Darlinghurst, through to  Double Bay and Rose Bay and all the way to Chifley to train clients for fitness. All sessions are outdoor – one-on-one, two-on-one or group training. Sessions are fun, high energy and will have you achieving your goals in no time.

Peter-  North Bondi $80 per session trainer.
Peter holds a Bachelor in Exercise Science Degree. He does outdoor training from Monday to Saturday. Peter is based at Bondi and can show you how easy it is to train at a local park or beach.

Franc- Coogee area $65 per hour.
Franc is a Former British Army Physical Training Instructor.

Having served for 12 years with the British Army as a Special Forces Soldier (S.A.S.) also a qualified Army Physical Training Instructor, I formed a military fitness training group. Also as a former amateur boxer myself, I have both coached and cornered an Aussie cruiser weight champion successfully to win the pan world title and also cage fighters within the cage rage fighting tournament. I now fitness train clients and groups with the skills I have developed. My disciplined approach, coupled with an easy going nature makes me an ideal personal fitness coach, enabling me to deliver 25 years of experience.
